Available with ConnectReviewed listing actions

Bring in Etsy listings. Send drafts when you are ready.

Connect your shop, review listings beside your PlyOps products, and decide what to match or import. When a product is ready, preview the exact Etsy draft or linked-listing update before confirming it.

Review first, then choose

Imports, drafts, and updates each have their own review. PlyOps never activates, renews, or publishes an Etsy listing automatically.

Seller-reviewed workflow

Connection is only the first step.

01

Start in PlyOps

Open Marketplace Connections and choose Etsy. A Marketplace Connect plan is required for the connected workflow.

02

Authorize on Etsy

Etsy first shows shop and listing read access. Listing actions are a separate authorization you enable only when you want to send a draft or reviewed update.

03

Review before import

PlyOps stages your listings so you can compare likely matches, link existing products, skip items, or add selected records.

04

Confirm every send

Open a complete product preview before creating an Etsy draft or updating a linked listing. PlyOps never activates it for you.

PlyOps Marketplace Connections workspace with separate seller-authorized marketplace cards
Each marketplace keeps its own authorization, source data, and available actions.

What PlyOps reads

  • Your authorized Etsy shop identity and basic shop details.
  • Your shop's listing titles, descriptions, states, taxonomy references, and media references.
  • Listing variation structure, SKUs, and remote identifiers needed to review matches.

What stays out

  • Buyer profiles, email addresses, postal addresses, messages, billing data, orders, receipts, or payments.
  • Automatic publishing, activation, renewal, deletion, or background listing changes.
  • Automatic live marketplace quantity or inventory synchronization.

Access controls

Your shop remains yours.

Etsy access stays separate from the product records you create, with clear controls to stop access or remove saved connector data.

Seller authorization

Etsy handles authorization. You never enter your Etsy password into PlyOps.

Server-side credentials

Access and refresh tokens stay encrypted on the server and never enter browser backups, product exports, or support copy.

Disconnect and delete

Disconnect stops future access. Delete cached data removes saved Etsy tokens, staging rows, and marketplace relationships.

Independent, seller-authorized design

PlyOps is an independent application from Knisley 3D Solutions LLC. It is not affiliated with or acting on behalf of Etsy, Shopify, eBay, or another marketplace.

  • A seller authorizes access only to their own Etsy shop.
  • Etsy-derived data stays labeled as Etsy-sourced inside that seller's private PlyOps workspace.
  • PlyOps does not send Etsy API data to another marketplace or use it for cross-platform comparison.

Questions about access or data?

Use the support form for connection help. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@plyops.com. Never send marketplace passwords, authorization codes, API keys, or access tokens.
