Effective August 13, 2026 · Version 2026-08-13

PlyOps Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Knisley 3D Solutions LLC, doing business as PlyOps ("PlyOps," "we," or "us"). They govern your use of the PlyOps website, account, software, paid plans, and connected services.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, selecting an agreement control, purchasing a plan, or using PlyOps, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use PlyOps for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. Do not use PlyOps if you do not agree.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. PlyOps is intended for business and maker workflows, not for children.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and promptly tell us through Help if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by PlyOps's breach of these Terms or applicable law. We may require verification before changing account ownership, billing, or sensitive data.

3. What PlyOps provides

PlyOps is a product-information and seller-operations workspace for makers. It includes internal inventory and scanning tools, but it is not an ERP, accounting system, tax service, legal service, marketplace operator, or professional adviser. Internal PlyOps quantities do not automatically change marketplace inventory.

PlyOps Free

Local-first product, production, pricing, media, internal-inventory, and export tools. Browser-local data remains on that browser or device unless you choose a cloud feature or send it elsewhere.

PlyOps Cloud

Optional account-based cloud storage, sync, recovery, and multi-device access for supported workspace data and private files. Cloud sync is not a substitute for keeping exports of business-critical data.

PlyOps Connect

Optional seller-authorized marketplace connections, imports, matching, privacy-minimized order intake, marketplace-specific preparation, safe draft or update workflows where supported, and related audit records.

Features, limits, and supported providers may change as PlyOps develops. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature. If a change materially reduces a paid plan during its current term, we will provide notice or a remedy when required by law.

4. Your content and data

You keep ownership of content you submit to PlyOps. You grant PlyOps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, format, transmit, display to you and your authorized users, and otherwise use that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the services you request. This license includes sending content to a marketplace or other provider only when you authorize that workflow.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your content and that its use through PlyOps will not violate law or another person's rights. You are responsible for keeping exports or source copies of business-critical content. Deletion and backup timing are described in the Privacy Policy.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback or suggestions, you allow PlyOps to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not give PlyOps ownership of your product records, files, or confidential support content.

5. Paid plans, trials, and billing

Prices, billing cadence, included limits, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Stripe processes card details and recurring charges. By starting a paid plan or trial, you authorize the displayed monthly or annual charge until you cancel.

An eligible seven-day trial automatically converts to the selected monthly or annual subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Each billing account may use one paid trial. Paid plans automatically renew for the same cadence until canceled.

You can cancel through the billing controls. Unless law or the checkout terms say otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid term. Payments already made are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. Deleting the entire account cancels active subscriptions immediately and does not create a partial refund.

Upgrades may take effect after Stripe confirms a prorated charge. Downgrades, add-on reductions, and cadence changes normally take effect at the next renewal. Failed payments may restrict paid features after any displayed recovery period.

We may change future prices or plan limits with advance notice required by law. A price change applies no earlier than the next renewal after the stated effective date.

6. Founding 100 offer

While places remain, the first 100 eligible customers who start a qualifying PlyOps Cloud or Connect subscription may receive 25% off the base plan for the life of that uninterrupted eligible subscription. Taxes and add-ons are excluded. Eligibility is tied to the billing account and verified subscription, is not transferable, and cannot be combined unless PlyOps says otherwise.

Voluntary cancellation or a change that ends the qualifying subscription forfeits the offer. PlyOps may show a limited restoration period for a qualifying involuntary billing interruption; restoration is available only within that displayed period. Fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or ineligible duplicate accounts may void the offer.

7. Marketplace connections

PlyOps is an independent seller tool and is not endorsed by or acting for Etsy, Shopify, eBay, or another marketplace. Each connection requires your separate authorization and remains subject to that provider's terms, policies, API limits, and review decisions.

Provider APIs can change, be rate-limited, suspended, revoked, or discontinued. PlyOps does not guarantee marketplace access, app approval, listing approval, ranking, search placement, sales, or uninterrupted provider availability. PlyOps does not send one marketplace's API data to another marketplace or use marketplace API data for cross-platform benchmarking or comparative analytics.

PlyOps does not automatically publish live listings or manage live marketplace quantities. Where a draft or update workflow is available, you must review its preview and explicitly confirm it. The marketplace's final record controls.

Order records shown in PlyOps are provider-derived snapshots for seller operations. The marketplace remains the authoritative source for payment, cancellation, shipping, delivery, return, refund, and fulfillment status. PlyOps does not fulfill an order merely because you view, refresh, print, or pack from its order workspace.

  • Review listing content, order status, prices, item eligibility, shipping details and commitments, shop policies, and every marketplace action before relying on or confirming it.
  • Hold the rights needed for product designs, photos, files, text, trademarks, and other content you store or submit.
  • Comply with product-safety, labeling, intellectual-property, tax, privacy, consumer-protection, export, and other laws that apply to your products and business.
  • Follow each marketplace's seller, listing, API, disclosure, production-partner, handmade, prohibited-item, and account rules.

8. Direct printing and physical output

Direct Printing with SpoolRoute is optional, device-local software that sends a printable output from your browser to printers you configure on that device. You are responsible for choosing the correct printer, media, quantity, dimensions, settings, and output. PlyOps does not guarantee that a printer, driver, label, barcode, QR code, or physical result will be suitable for your equipment or purpose. Browser print and download remain available fallbacks where supported.

9. Acceptable use

  • Access another person's account, workspace, connected shop, or data without authorization.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with PlyOps security, rate limits, access controls, or service integrity, except where law expressly permits.
  • Scrape or harvest marketplace data outside seller-authorized workflows and approved provider APIs.
  • Upload malware; expose credentials or tokens; or use PlyOps for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, counterfeit, unsafe, or abusive activity.
  • Misrepresent products, availability, prices, reviews, certifications, production methods, shipping origin, or affiliation with PlyOps or a marketplace.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide PlyOps as a service bureau unless a written agreement expressly allows it.

10. PlyOps ownership

PlyOps and its licensors own the service, software, interface, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property, except for your content and third-party materials. Subject to these Terms, PlyOps grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business operations during the applicable account or subscription term.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using PlyOps or delete your account through the available controls. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or the public; investigate misuse; comply with law; address nonpayment; or enforce these Terms. We may terminate for a material or repeated violation. Where practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a chance to export eligible data.

Terms that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLYOPS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." PLYOPS DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Checks, calculations, fit suggestions, prices, completion scores, previews, inventory balances, marketplace mappings, and other outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. They are tools for your review, not professional advice or a guarantee of physical fit, profitability, compliance, marketplace acceptance, or business results. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLYOPS AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SALES, GOODWILL, OR DATA; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; REPLACEMENT COSTS; OR MARKETPLACE OR PROVIDER ACTIONS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, their total aggregate liability arising from PlyOps or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid PlyOps for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event or (b) US $100. These limits do not apply where they are prohibited by law.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlyOps and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable legal fees arising directly from your content, products, listings, connected accounts, misuse of PlyOps, or violation of these Terms, law, or another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by PlyOps's negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of these Terms. PlyOps will provide reasonable notice and cooperation and allow you to control the defense, subject to PlyOps's right to participate. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by or imposes an obligation on PlyOps without PlyOps's written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

15. Governing law and disputes

Ohio law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court located in Ohio, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Before filing a claim, send a written description to privacy@plyops.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution, unless immediate relief is reasonably needed.

16. General terms

These Terms and the policies they incorporate are the entire agreement about PlyOps and replace earlier statements on the same subject. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. A waiver must be written and does not waive a later breach. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; PlyOps may assign them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the service or business. There are no third-party beneficiaries.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new date and provide additional notice or obtain renewed consent when required. Changes apply prospectively. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms where law permits.

Electronic notices and agreements satisfy written requirements. For Terms questions or legal notices, use the in-app Help workflow or email privacy@plyops.com. Privacy requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.
