The first 100 eligible Cloud or Connect customers receive 25% off the base subscription while it remains active. The discount is automatic while places remain; add-ons and tax are not discounted.

Storage blocks are available on paid plans. Connect customers can add shop capacity one connection at a time.

Available with PlyOps Connect. Each add-on raises both the account limit and the per-marketplace limit by one, and can be used with any supported marketplace.

Cloud and Connect include one trial per billing account. The selected monthly or annual subscription begins after the trial unless it is canceled first.
When a Cloud or Connect trial starts, PlyOps uploads and verifies the current browser workspace. Cloud becomes the main copy only after the required records and files finish; the browser then keeps a replaceable working copy.
When paid Cloud access ends, the workspace becomes read-only and the owner receives email notices. For 30 days, download the complete records and files or move the verified copy into one browser for Free Local use.
Generic CSV export and JSON backup remain available for your own data. The end of the 30-day recovery window does not automatically delete the retained Cloud copy; reactivation or account-specific support is still available.
