What’s new

Recent changes to PlyOps, in plain English.

  1. Reliable Shopify reconnection

Shopify reconnects no longer reject a valid store just because it has both listing and order permissions. PlyOps still stops when required access is genuinely missing and never changes marketplace data during connection.

  2. Marketplace shipping deadlines appear in Orders

Etsy and Shopify orders now show the earliest applicable ship-by deadline supplied for their physical fulfillment work. Shopify delivery promises also appear when available, while canceled and genuinely undated orders remain clearly unassigned instead of receiving a guessed date.

  3. Refresh connected marketplace orders

The private Orders beta can now deliberately refresh recent Etsy, Shopify, and eBay orders one shop at a time or together. PlyOps keeps marketplace data unchanged and brings in only the product, quantity, price, fulfillment, and shipping-service details needed for the workflow. If a shop needs the new read permission, Orders opens the provider authorization step and returns you to PlyOps.

  4. Etsy drafts use saved package details

Etsy draft review now shows and sends the packed dimensions and weight saved in Production. If those details are missing, PlyOps stops before sending and points you to the exact setup to finish. Reviewed updates also preserve the listing's Etsy item classification. Drafts remain unpublished until you review them in Etsy.

  5. Cloud sync review is reachable again

When a Cloud library needs review, product data-safety notices now open the exact comparison and recovery controls in Account. PlyOps also recognizes harmless browser formatting and older empty optional fields instead of sending you through the same review again. Existing deletion safeguards remain in place, and PlyOps still pauses for genuinely newer or different data.

  6. Marketplace actions where you need them

Product Listings now shows Shopify, eBay, and Etsy together with the connected shop and the exact next action. Send a new draft, review an eBay publish, or update a linked listing without hunting through marketplace tabs.

  7. A clearer marketplace connection workspace

Connected shops now share one focused workspace. Choose a shop once, then review listings, finish provider setup, or manage that exact connection without sorting through duplicate marketplace cards.

  8. Complete eBay listing review

eBay review now combines active seller listings from both supported eBay sources without showing unpublished, inactive, or ended records. Ship-from locations can also be permanently removed after a clear confirmation; eBay keeps any location that is still in use.

  9. eBay ship-from setup inside PlyOps

Connected eBay sellers can now add an enabled warehouse location with a name and ZIP code inside PlyOps. New-listing review opens the same setup when a ship-from location is missing, selects the verified location without publishing or changing stock quantities, and ignores old saved condition values when the current eBay category does not offer them.

  10. Reviewed eBay listing publishing

Marketplace Connect can now publish a new eBay listing after you review the complete listing, enter its one-time starting quantity, and separately confirm the live action. After publishing, you can end that exact listing from the same review while keeping its eBay offer unpublished for later. Calculated-shipping policies require reviewed packed dimensions and weight. If a safe stop leaves an exact unpublished offer, PlyOps can repair only its missing package details and resume it instead of creating a duplicate. PlyOps never publishes in the background or keeps eBay quantity synchronized.

  11. Clearer policies and agreements

PlyOps now explains its data, connected marketplace, paid-plan, user-content, and account-deletion terms more clearly. Account and checkout flows show the current agreement at the point it applies.

  12. Deleted products stay deleted—or restore safely

Restoring a product that was previously deleted now gives it a fresh identity while keeping the old deletion permanent. The restored product stays available, and an older device cannot bring the deleted copy back.

  13. Etsy listing review and import

Marketplace Connect can now connect an Etsy shop, load its listings for review, suggest product matches, and import only what you confirm. The connection is read-only: Etsy listings, orders, and live quantities are never changed.

  14. Product print sets

Reusable Business files can now follow product, variant, marketplace, tag, and packaging rules. Review the resolved files and quantities, then print one or send the selected set to each file’s saved SpoolRoute destination.

  15. More reliable direct-print setup

PlyOps now waits for SpoolRoute to finish reading a printer and retries automatically instead of calling it blocked while its driver settings are still loading.

  16. Direct print for Business assets

Saved thank-you cards, care cards, business cards, inserts, and other printable Business files can remember their own SpoolRoute destination and print the quantity you need. Successful jobs return you to your work; anything needing attention stays open with next steps.

  17. Direct printing with SpoolRoute

Connect SpoolRoute on a Windows computer to send scanner action sheets and inventory labels to saved printer setups. Phone and tablet screens point to the Windows setup path, while browser printing and saved print files remain available without it.

  18. Clearer Etsy connection availability

PlyOps added a clear availability gate so a marketplace setup flow cannot begin when provider access is unavailable.

  19. Use the right connected eBay shop

PlyOps now uses the eBay shop you select when reviewing listings, importing products, or managing the connection.

  20. More reliable eBay review

eBay listing reviews now load more reliably and stop with a clear retry option if eBay does not respond.

  21. Cleaner settings and account pages

Settings now use shorter, grouped controls. Account pages no longer repeat the same plan and status details, and What’s new is easier to scan.

  22. Import more listings at once

Shopify and eBay now use the same review layout. You can select several listings and import them together, while PlyOps still stops for possible duplicates and matches.

  23. PlyOps is open for early access

Anyone can now create an account and try PlyOps. The public roadmap is open to read, and feedback is welcome as the product develops.

  24. A new public site for PlyOps

The new site explains how product records, pricing, inventory, and marketplace prep fit together. It also includes free resources for makers.

  25. Cloud recovery is more dependable

Cloud accounts now load their library automatically on a new device. If a file still needs attention, PlyOps keeps the workspace closed instead of showing an empty library.
