What can PlyOps organize?
PlyOps stores product details, variants, production files, costs, packaging, seller inventory, barcodes, and marketplace copy in one product library. Local, cloud, and marketplace data remain separate.

- Product model
- One parent product with attached variants
- Production context
- Files, machines, materials, costs, and packaging
- Seller operations
- Counts, reorder planning, labels, and scanning
- Marketplace boundary
- Preparation and confirmed actions, never automatic publishing
Build a reusable product record
Keep shared product information once, then give each size, color, material, or bundle variant only the details that differ. Archive instead of deleting by default and use completion checks to find unfinished setup.
- Product and variant SKUs
- Dimensions, weight, materials, and packaging
- Production files and product media
- History, archived state, tags, SEO, and alt text
Keep pricing, packaging, and stock beside the product
Use pricing assumptions, packaging fit suggestions, materials and supply libraries, inventory counts, reorder planning, and scan-friendly labels without turning the product into an accounting or ERP record.
Store separate Etsy, Shopify, and eBay fields
Store shared copy and separate marketplace titles, descriptions, tags, identifiers, and prices. Imports and listing changes show the provider, outgoing fields, and confirmation step before data is written or sent.
Common questions
Is PlyOps a generic inventory application?
No. Inventory and scanning support day-to-day seller work, but the core is a structured product-information library for 3D printed products and their variants.
Which features are available without a paid plan?
PlyOps Free includes the local product library, variants, libraries, seller tools, marketplace copy storage, generic CSV export, and JSON backup. Cloud adds hosted storage, backup, and sync. Connect adds supported marketplace imports, matching, exports, drafts, and confirmed updates.
Does every marketplace have the same connected features?
No. Shopify, eBay, and Etsy have separate capability and provider-status pages. PlyOps shows unavailable and preparation-only states directly.
