Sign in, reset a password, or change your email
Use the account screens for email links, codes, passwords, and secure email changes.
Sign in with an available method from the Account page. Forgot password sends the same private response whether or not an address exists. Signed-in users can set a password or begin a secure email change from Sign-in & security.
Steps
- 01Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen when a password no longer works.
- 02Use the newest email link or code; older links may be invalidated.
- 03After signing in, open Account → Sign-in & security for password or email changes.
- 04Use Support if you remain locked out after requesting a fresh message.
