Back up, restore, or export your PlyOps data

Use JSON for workspace restore, ZIP for stored files, and CSV for spreadsheets.

A workspace data backup (JSON) restores PlyOps records after review. ZIP bundles include available stored files plus manifests; product CSV is for spreadsheets and is not a restore file. PlyOps Cloud plans back up and sync automatically, while downloaded JSON remains an optional offline copy. General backups and exports remain available for data ownership.

What to do

  1. 01Open Import / Export and choose Backups & exports.
  2. 02Download a workspace data backup (JSON) when you want a restorable offline copy.
  3. 03Use a ZIP bundle for stored files or CSV for spreadsheet access.
  4. 04Review add, merge, skipped, and left-untouched counts before restoring JSON.
