Back up, restore, or export your PlyOps data
Use JSON for workspace restore, ZIP for stored files, and CSV for spreadsheets.
A workspace data backup (JSON) restores PlyOps records after review. ZIP bundles include available stored files plus manifests; product CSV is for spreadsheets and is not a restore file. PlyOps Cloud plans back up and sync automatically, while downloaded JSON remains an optional offline copy. General backups and exports remain available for data ownership.
Steps
- 01Open Import / Export and choose Backups & exports.
- 02Download a workspace data backup (JSON) when you want a restorable offline copy.
- 03Use a ZIP bundle for stored files or CSV for spreadsheet access.
- 04Review add, merge, skipped, and left-untouched counts before restoring JSON.
