Understand PlyOps Free, cloud sync, and storage
Free uses one browser as the main copy; paid plans move the workspace to Cloud authority.
Every user signs in, but PlyOps Free keeps product workspace data in the current browser unless you export it. When a Cloud or Connect trial starts, PlyOps uploads and verifies that browser's workspace before making Cloud the durable copy. The browser then holds a replaceable working copy for speed. If paid Cloud access ends, the owner receives recovery notices and has 30 days to download the complete records and files or move the verified copy into one browser for Free Local use.
What to do
- 01Open Account to review the current plan and cloud access.
- 02Use Storage & limits to review storage and any purchased capacity.
- 03Wait for the verified Cloud cutover to finish before treating an upgrade as protected.
- 04If Cloud access ends, use Data & privacy before the displayed deadline to download or move the workspace.
