Media & Files separates buyer-facing images from production files. Set one primary image, add useful alt text, and choose channel use only when an image is specific to a marketplace. File records can track models, print files, source files, documents, and missing originals.
Steps
- 01Open a product and choose Media & Files.
- 02Use Gallery for listing images and Production files for models and documents.
- 03Choose the primary image and add alt text that describes the product clearly.
- 04Open image details to use it everywhere or limit it to selected channels.
