Use labels and scanning for inventory changes
Print item and action labels, then review a scanned stock change before it is saved.
The Scan workspace accepts a hardware scanner, camera, or manual code entry. An item label identifies a record; an action label chooses what you intend to do. Neither a lookup nor an item scan changes stock on its own. Quantity and confirmation remain part of the review.
What to do
- 01Open Scan, then use Bulk labels or Action sheets if you need printed codes.
- 02Choose Scanner or Manual fallback for your input method.
- 03Scan or enter the item and action in either order. Add a quantity when it differs from one.
- 04Review the item, location, and before-and-after count, then Confirm the change.
