Track stock and correct inventory counts
Track selected products and supplies, set an opening count, and record every change by location.
PlyOps inventory tracks finished products, variations, materials, hardware, and packaging you choose. Counts come from saved stock movements, so a correction has a reason and history. You can separate stock by location and run a count audit. Inventory in PlyOps does not change live marketplace quantities.
What to do
- 01Open Inventory and choose Track an item for the product or supply you want to count.
- 02Enter the opening quantity and choose a location if you use stock locations.
- 03Select a tracked item to add, remove, transfer, or set an exact count. Review the resulting movement before saving.
- 04Use the count audit when you need to compare a physical count with the recorded balance.
