Keep your business profile, reusable text, links, logos, and print graphics together.
The Business area separates profile details, reusable copy, uploaded brand assets, and website links. Save a snippet when you repeat the same wording across products or customer materials. Keep the original asset file available if you expect to print or reuse it.
What to do
- 01Open Business and choose Profile, Copy, Assets, or Links.
- 02Add the detail or file you want to reuse and give it a clear name.
- 03Use its copy, preview, or print action when preparing product and customer materials.
- 04Export a stored-file bundle when you need an offline copy of uploaded assets.
