Resolve Cloud confirmation paused on a device
Retry once, read the Cloud status, and review the confirmed Cloud copy before repairing a stale device.
Cloud confirmation paused means saved changes on this device have not been accepted by Cloud yet. A library comparison can show zero mapping conflicts while the queued upload is still rejected. Retry once, then use the status message and support code to decide whether the device needs repair or support.
What to do
- 01Open Account → Data & privacy → Review sync. Read the status message above the comparison.
- 02Choose Retry queued changes once. If it remains paused, note the support code or the exact message.
- 03If this device has a stale browser copy and the confirmed Cloud workspace is the copy you want, choose Review Cloud restore and inspect the add, merge, and skipped counts.
- 04Only after reviewing that preview, choose Repair this device from Cloud. PlyOps saves the queued device copy in recovery storage before replacing the stale browser cache.
- 05Reload Inventory and confirm the expected counts. Contact support with the support code if Cloud remains paused or the confirmed copy is not what you expect.
